Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse contract offers a hands-on opportunity to care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity setting. You'll be responsible for managing patients with complex conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and multisystem organ dysfunction. The role emphasizes advanced monitoring and invasive procedures, including arterial line management, chest tube care, and ventilator support. Shift work is 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing an immersive experience in critical care nursing.
