Job Description:

Join a dedicated Cardiac Renal Unit in Evansville, Indiana, for a 13-week travel RN contract focused on high-acuity telemetry and cardiac care. This role involves 12-hour day shifts, primarily from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with the opportunity to accept additional hours if desired. You will manage complex cardiac patients, including those with arrhythmias like atrial fibrillation and flutter, as well as post-procedure cardiac cases involving heart caths and arrhythmia management. Expect to perform advanced assessments, interpret 12-lead EKGs, initiate and titrate cardiac drips, and handle chest tube and drain management. The setting fosters a collaborative environment where your critical thinking skills and resilience will be vital as you float within your skillset across Midtown, Newburgh, and Henderson campuses to ensure seamless patient care.
