Job Description:

Work as a MedSurg/Telemetry Registered Nurse on a travel contract in Rochester, New York, providing care on a 3x12 hour nights schedule (1900-0700). This assignment is built for an RN who can confidently manage a 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio in a fast-paced tertiary care setting, while staying precise with clinical documentation and telemetry workflows.

You’ll support patients requiring MedSurg care and telemetry monitoring, coordinate effectively during every-other-weekend coverage, and maintain readiness for floating as needed. Charting is completed in Epic, so prior Epic experience is required. Weekend rotation is every other weekend, and shift consistency matters—nights are your focus throughout the contract.

To be considered, you must hold an active New York RN license in hand (no exceptions). Required credentials include BLS and NIHSS; please include valid NIHSS in your submission. First-time travelers are accepted, and locals must be within a 75-mile radius.
