Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in a discharge lounge setting where you'll play a key role in patient flow and care coordination. As an LPN, you'll be responsible for taking your own patient assignments under the supervision of an RN, performing tasks such as vital signs, basic wound care, medication administration, and monitoring patient status. This position offers a consistent schedule of four 10-hour day shifts, providing a structured routine with the opportunity to experience the unique pace of a hospital discharge environment. The assignment is designed for experienced LVNs/LPNs comfortable with acute care procedures and responsive to the fast-moving hospital workflow.
