Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a busy Emergency Room setting with an 8-bed capacity, where you'll be handling high-energy situations alongside a dedicated team that includes NP and PA providers. Your 12-hour night shifts will challenge your ability to stay alert and focused as you manage an average of 29 patients daily. The ER typically operates with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:4, providing a steady yet lively pace. Certifications such as BLS and ACLS are required, and weekend work on an every-other-week basis is expected. Be prepared to navigate the Pyxis medication system and work within a 50-mile radius rule, which requires submission of your unexpired driver’s license.
