Job Description:

Join our team to work on a specialized cardiac ICU unit, focusing on complex thoracic, vascular, and open heart surgeries. This role offers a chance to be involved with advanced cardiac support devices such as Impella, IABP, CRRT, and ECMO. You'll be managing critically stable patients recovering from intricate procedures, with responsibilities including titrating medications like vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, and sedatives. Expect to collaborate with experienced intensivists and hospitalists around the clock, and to be prepared for a variety of complex cases coming from multiple specialized labs. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs ready to apply their skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
