Job Description:

This ICU and Progressive Care unit in Fort Wayne offers a unique opportunity for experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses to work a 12-hour night shift. You'll be treating a mix of ICU and progressive patients, with responsibilities including ventilator management, titrating IV drips, assisting with intubations, and monitoring critically ill patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, renal failure, myocardial infarctions, and pneumonia. The role offers a chance to float across various units, providing diverse patient experiences. Expect to work within a team, utilizing tools like Phillips heart monitors, Epic EMR, Pyxis, and EKG machines.
