This blood bank position at a 500-bed hospital in downtown Atlanta offers a hands-on experience working with blood testing and analysis. The role involves processing blood samples from both adult and neonatal patients, utilizing systems like SoftBank and analyzing with Grifols Erytra. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM for approximately 14 weeks, supporting the hospital’s blood bank operations during busy hours. Attention to detail and familiarity with blood banking equipment are essential, with a focus on accurate testing and documentation.
