Job Description:

Join this busy CVOR/ORT team for a 13-week travel assignment at a 1000+ bed Level 1 trauma hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. This role focuses on cardiac surgery cases, including open heart, transplant, and trauma/neuro procedures. You'll work 12-hour day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, with call responsibilities distributed fairly among staff. Prior cardiac OR experience, scrubbing skills, and certification with NBSTA are required. The setting offers exposure to a wide variety of cases, from neuro and trauma to general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, vascular, and robotic surgeries, in both inpatient and outpatient environments. Flexibility to float between ORs is expected, but this role does not include pediatric cases. This assignment provides a chance to enhance your cardiac OR expertise while working in a fast-paced environment that demands adaptability and team collaboration.
