Job Description:

Join the trauma ICU team in Tyler, Texas, where you'll be immersed in a fast-paced environment focused on Level I trauma cases. This role requires managing a patient load with a typical ratio of 1:2, and you'll be working in a 16-bed unit that includes ICU, IMC, and Tele float responsibilities. Your days will be scheduled for 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, providing ample opportunity to experience the local area after your shifts. You'll utilize Epic for charting and apply your skills with certifications such as ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, with PALS and TNCC preferred. Ideal candidates have at least two years of relevant experience and previous travel work. The unique blend of trauma cases and the supportive team environment make this an engaging assignment for those seeking to expand their critical care expertise.
