Job Description:

Join a maternity float pool as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Worcester, MA, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers the opportunity to experience both Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units, requiring flexibility to float between these specialties. Expect to oversee patient flow during active overnight hours, supporting new mothers and their babies through a variety of clinical scenarios. The position involves navigating true LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) environments with a focus on safety and patient comfort.
