Job Description:

Join the team at Altru Hospital in Devils Lake for a 13-week contract as a Labor & Delivery RN working 3x12 rotating shifts. You’ll be the key to ensuring mothers and babies receive expert care during labor, delivery, and postpartum. This role involves performing routine patient rounds, developing comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, and managing immediate responses to changing conditions, including emergency situations. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate smooth patient transitions from admission to discharge, providing education and support along the way.
