Job Description:

Join a captivating healthcare contract where you'll be providing vital support in a Med/Surg/Tele unit. This position involves 12-hour daytime shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, including the possibility of working every Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon weekend block. You'll experience the rhythm of quick-paced patient interactions, charting on EPIC, and possibly floating to other units as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of one year recent experience in acute med surg/tele, with familiarity in charge nursing and working with diverse patient populations. Highland Healthcare offers training for specific skill needs, and candidates should be comfortable working flexibly according to the facility's schedule.
