Job Description:

This 12-week travel contract invites experienced RN professionals to step into a step-down unit specializing in intermediate medical patients, including high-risk respiratory and cardiac thoracic cases. The shift is a 12-hour night commitment from 7pm to 7am, offering a chance to work with a diverse patient population across complex surgical and medical conditions such as hepatobiliary, head/neck surgeries, and patients requiring advanced respiratory support like BIPAP and Optiflow. The role emphasizes hands-on management of high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment that demands both clinical skill and decisive judgment.
