Job Description:

Join a small, dedicated team as an MS RN working 12-hour night shifts in Oconto, Wisconsin. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work independently on a 10-bed medical/surgical unit, where you'll manage a typical census of 6-8 patients and sometimes serve as the sole RN on the floor. You'll be involved in admitting patients for inpatient stays, observation, swing bed, and same-day orthopedic surgical recoveries. Flexibility to float to the Emergency Department and collaborate closely with a team of 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 2 CNAs makes this a standout assignment. Prior critical access experience and drawing labs are required, along with active Wisconsin RN licensing, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Expect to work confidently in a setting that balances autonomy and team support, with an emphasis on dependable, high-quality care.
