Job Description:

Join a specialized outpatient radiation oncology team in Charleston, SC, as a registered nurse. This role focuses on supporting patients undergoing outpatient radiation treatments, with a schedule of five 8-hour days each week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The assignment offers the chance to work in a setting where you will not only provide direct support to patients but also collaborate across three clinics, with most time spent at one primary location. You'll experience a mix of routine and specialized tasks, including handling chemo-related procedures and radiation badges, all while working within an environment that values adaptability—float options within scope are available. This 13-week contract is tailored for RNs with 2-3 years of experience and Epic system familiarity, especially those who bring their radiation badge and chemo certification. The role offers an engaging opportunity to make an impactful difference in outpatient cancer care, with the unique aspect of potentially being called upon during emergency situations such as hurricane response seasons.
