Job Description:

This 13-week travel nursing assignment in Wheeling offers the opportunity to work 12-hour day shifts in a busy hospital setting. As an RN on this unit, you will be responsible for managing a patient load with ratios up to 1:7, providing care to patients with conditions such as CHF, COPD, cellulitis, pneumonia, urosepsis, and AKI. You will work closely with a charge RN and a team of PCTs, using shared telemetry monitored remotely by techs. The role involves titrating heparin drips based on APTT results and adhering to protocols for patient care within a fast-paced environment.
