Job Description:

Join a specialized PCU/IMCU unit in Atlanta, GA, for an engaging travel nursing contract focused on cardiac patient care. This role involves managing patients with cardiac conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, and arrhythmias, with responsibilities including administering cardiac drips like Milrinone, Dobutamine, and pressors. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing attentive care in a 28-bed unit with a patient ratio of approximately 1:3 to 1:4. Prior documented PCU experience in a similar-sized facility is essential, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in cardiac medicine within a supportive, fast-paced environment. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with a skilled team and improve outcomes for diverse cardiac patients.
