Job Description:

Join a team as a PCU Float Registered Nurse working in the Progressive Care Unit Float Pool. This role offers a chance to experience a variety of patient environments at an OSU-affiliated hospital within walking distance to a second facility, eliminating commutes. You'll be handling patient assignments with estimated ratios of 1:3-4, performing IV starts, operating TELE, and navigating the EPIC electronic medical record system. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Be prepared to float to different units based on hospital needs, providing flexible and varied nursing care during night shifts. This assignment spans 13 weeks with a 12-hour night shift schedule, offering an engaging opportunity to expand your skills in a supportive setting.
