Job Description:

Join a specialized Cardiac Progressive Care Unit as a registered nurse, where you'll be integral to managing complex cardiac patients, including those with arrhythmias, post-catheterization recovery, and heart failure. This role involves interpreting telemetry data, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, and administering procedural sedation. Work during 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) for a 13-week contract, gaining experience in a focused cardiac environment with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio. Staff have the opportunity to experience a fast-paced, rewarding setting while maintaining a work-life balance, as scheduled through a self-assisted system. Expect to be challenged and to develop your skills in a department that emphasizes patient safety and quality care, all while enjoying the unique rhythm of night shifts, which can include holiday and weekend rotations.
