Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers a chance to join a lively hospital team in St. Louis, MO, working night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM on a 12-hour schedule. As an MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse, you will be crossing between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units, providing vital support across various departments. The role involves floating within scope to meet facility needs, including training on lifts and bladder scanners. Expect a mix of routine and complex cases, with a focus on maintaining efficient patient management during every shift. Guided by established ratios, you will utilize your at least two years of experience to deliver quality care while adapting to different clinical settings. Be prepared for some fluidity in assignments and the opportunity to develop a broad skill set in a short-term environment that values flexibility and teamwork.
