Job Description:

Join our team as a PCU Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract in Fayetteville, North Carolina. You'll work night shifts in a fast-paced 12-hour schedule, providing vital support on a busy Unit of a Level III Trauma Center. This role involves floating within scope to various units and managing patient care for adult populations, with ratios typically around 1:4-5. Be prepared to pass the EKG exam, which is a non-negotiable requirement, and to hold current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications. While travel pairs are not accepted on this unit, experienced nurses with at least 2 years of recent ICU or PCU experience are encouraged to apply. Expect to work 36 hours per week, with the opportunity for some weekend work every other shift. Note the guaranteed hours policy with a limit on call-offs, and be ready to provide availability for interviews upon submission.
