Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a Medical-Surgical Stroke Stepdown unit located in Utica, NY. You will work 12-hour day shifts, providing critical support to adult patients with diagnoses such as stroke, altered mental status, renal issues, COPD, CHF, pneumonia, and other pulmonary conditions. Your responsibilities will involve managing IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes, all while floating across a 64-bed unit that emphasizes acute care for complex medical cases. Prepare to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment that balances technical skill with patient support, all while wearing navy scrubs that keep you professional and comfortable.
