Job Description:

This overnight travel RN position in Granbury, TX offers a chance to work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM for a 13-week assignment. You'll be stepping into a fast-paced environment focused on trauma, stroke, and chest pain cases, all while experiencing the energetic rhythm of this vibrant city. The role requires maintaining a patient ratio of 3 or 4 patients per nurse and working within a 19-bed facility. Expect to wear royal blue scrubs and use the MEDHOST EMR system. The assignment emphasizes a stable, no-call, no-float schedule with a focus on safety and efficiency—perfect for seasoned travelers with at least two years of relevant experience.
