Job Description:

Join a specialized high-risk Labor and Delivery unit as a Registered Nurse, focusing on critical obstetric care in a teaching hospital setting. This 18-week contract requires RN expertise in complex deliveries, post-partum procedures, and waterbirth support. Expect to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights) with a 1:1 patient ratio, ensuring ample time for focused patient care. You'll float within your scope to assist in postpartum areas, providing a versatile experience that broadens your skills in obstetric nursing. This role offers the opportunity to work in an environment that values teaching and collaboration, with Epic charting and a level 3 trauma designator highlighting its advanced care capabilities.
