Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated ICU or Surgical PCU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract at a prominent Indianapolis hospital. This role involves providing advanced care for patients with high-acuity needs, including post-surgical, ENT, thoracic, urology, and overflow cases. The nurse will work 12-hour night shifts, with responsibilities such as cardiac monitoring, chest tube management, care for patients with trachs or feeding tubes, and managing epidurals. Flexibility to float between units and precept students is required. This assignment offers a chance to work in a teaching hospital environment, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, complex setting.
