Join a specialized Critical Care RN role in a Heart Failure ICU in Cleveland, Ohio, where you'll be at the forefront of life-saving treatments for patients with severe heart conditions. This 13-week contract involves working variable shifts totaling 40 hours per week, providing compassionate and expert care for patients awaiting or recovering from heart transplants, LVAD procedures, and other complex cardiac interventions. Your expertise with Swan-Ganz catheters, IMPELLA devices, and intra-aortic balloon pumps will be essential in this setting—think of it as stepping into a high-stakes hospital command center where precision and quick thinking are vital.
