Job Description:
Join our team as a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse and experience the variety of working across different hospital units, including the Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Stepdown/PCU. You'll be part of a float pool, which means your workday involves adapting to different patient needs and settings—keeping your skills sharp and your day interesting. This role's flexibility and fast-paced environment make for a dynamic and rewarding experience, perfect for nurses who enjoy a challenge and thrive in diverse clinical situations. Your night shifts will run 12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and you'll help ensure smooth patient flow through various departments with ratios up to 1:6 in Med-Surg.
