Job Description:

The assignment demands at least 2 years of med surg experience, with patient ratios of 1:5 or 1:6, and involves floating to different units as needed. Your duties will include administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams—all while adhering to safety standards.
