Job Description:

This CVICU travel assignment places you in a 16-bed cardiac intensive care unit at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. You’ll be caring for post-operative cardiac patients who have undergone complex surgeries such as ECMO, LVAD, or using devices like Impella. Your days will be structured as 12-hour shifts, giving you the chance to focus deeply on high-acuity care and collaborate with a dedicated team. The role emphasizes advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including PA catheter management, as you assist with procedures like central line insertions and intubations. Expect to work alongside experienced staff, including intensivists available 24/7, with opportunities to perform a variety of specialized interventions.
