Job Description:

This 13-week assignment places you in a CVICU setting, where you'll be handling complex post-operative care for open heart surgery and cardiac medical patients. The role involves managing ventilated patients, including those with trachs and swan ganz catheters, using advanced equipment such as Epic computer systems and B. Braun IV pumps. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, providing critical support across multiple units if needed, including ICU, IMCU, ED, and medical-surgical floors. The focus is on technical proficiency with patient management in high-acuity scenarios, with a structured orientation to ensure you're fully prepared for the specialized environment.
