Job Description:

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist on a 13-week contract in Kalispell, MT. You will be working primarily in a skilled nursing facility with a caseload of 8-11 patients daily, including evaluations for new residents. Your role involves managing a variety of diagnoses such as orthopedic, neurologic, cardiopulmonary, and medical/surgical cases. This assignment offers the opportunity to collaborate with supportive therapy staff, utilize Meditech, PCC, and Therapute EMR systems, and float to connected hospital units if needed. The schedule typically runs from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with flexible accommodations, and includes working one weekend day per week. Must hold Montana State OT license and BLS certification. Previous SNF or TCU experience is preferred but not required for first-time travelers with relevant LTC experience. Expect a friendly, collaborative unit culture focused on patient-centered care and efficiency.
