Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to work on the night shift in a busy hospital setting in Lufkin, TX. You'll be responsible for providing specialized healthcare services during 12-hour overnight shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM. The role requires a solid background in medical-surgical, telemetry, or orthopedics units, with at least one year of experience in these areas. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment utilizing MEDHOST electronic medical records, and you'll be part of a cohesive team with a patient ratio of approximately 6:1. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required to ensure safe and effective care. This assignment offers a chance to make a meaningful impact while experiencing a unique work schedule—sleep when the sun is up but stay busy when it’s dark.
