Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare team as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg unit focused on post-op GI care and wound-focused support. You’ll work nights on a structured 3x12 schedule (18:45–07:15), bringing your acute care and post-op experience to a unit that handles a wide range of surgical cases and recovery needs. This assignment is especially defined by post-op GI and wound care specialization, with opportunities to support care coordination around procedures and post-surgical workflows.

Please note: when you accept the assignment, your unit manager may assign you to an “Emergency Team.” On those occasions, there may be an expectation to remain on-site at the facility until after the event passes, or you may be part of the relief team. Details related to any emergency event impacts are provided during each event.

Weather:

Expect warm, humid days with the potential for quick bursts of rain and comfortable evenings. Conditions are generally pleasant for time outdoors, with occasional weather changes.
