Job Description:

Step into a travel Surgical Technician role supporting Surgical Services in Mountain Home, Arkansas. This assignment focuses on Neuro experience, bringing you into OR work across a wide variety of specialties including Neurological, cardiovascular, orthopedic, general surgery, plastics, ENT, urology, and gynecological procedures. You’ll join a team where coordination and preparation matter from the moment you step into the OR—handling the surgical tech essentials that keep cases moving smoothly across multiple rooms.

This schedule is structured around day shifts with call responsibilities: 5x8-hour shifts (06:30 - 17:00) and off days built into the plan, with call coverage structured as 14 days per month, including every other weekend. If you’re a surgical technologist who enjoys precision, variety, and specialty depth—especially in neuro—this role offers the chance to sharpen your craft in a busy OR setting with ongoing orientation and support for professional growth (including certification and education).
