Job Description:

Step into a high-acuity CVOR role supporting complex surgical cases with a team-focused rhythm. This position is for a CVOR Tech in Minneapolis, where you’ll prepare and assist across a broad mix of cardiac and vascular procedures, including CABG (on/off pump), valve repairs/replacements (including minimally invasive and trans-catheter approaches), aortic aneurysm/dissection cases, heart transplant support, LVAD implantation, and total artificial heart involvement. You’ll also support vascular work such as AAA and thoracic/thora-co abdominal aneurysm procedures (including fenestrated grafts), endarterectomy, peripheral bypass, and amputation-related OR needs, with exposure to ECMO of ORs (6 total).

Schedule is 5x8-hour days with three daily options: 06:45–15:15, 09:30–18:00, and 14:45–23:15. The assignment is 13 weeks with guaranteed hours of 40.00 per week, and it’s designed for a technologist who can confidently handle specialty CVOR workflows—no floating required, and block scheduling is not available. Certification requirements include NBSTSA or NCCT, plus BLS.
