Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Operating Room team in Boston, supporting a wide range of surgical specialties in a 17-room OR staffed 24/7. This travel contract is designed for an RN with hands-on OR experience who can hit the ground running and confidently scrub across multiple service lines.

You’ll work a mid-shift schedule with 12-hour days and a structured rotation: day start times at 7a, and evening start times at 9a and 11a. Coverage includes every other holiday and every 3rd weekend as needed, with on-call included 1x per schedule. There is potential to float to Moakley OR if needed.

The assignment is a great fit for an RN who has at least 2+ years of inpatient OR experience, with Level 1 trauma experience preferred. You’ll be expected to be competent in at least 5 of the following services: general, gyn, GU, oral, oto, bariatrics, ortho, neuro, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, spine. BLS is required.

In short: you’ll scrub, support, and operate with focus across a broad mix of cases—where preparation, adaptability, and calm execution matter every shift.
