Job Description:

Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Plainview, Texas. This role is designed for first-timers ready to step in with confidence—block scheduling is required, and you’ll work a day shift structure with weekends expected as needed. You’ll support the emergency department during high-tempo hours, bringing a steady, organized presence as you operate from the start.

You’ll be expected to charge upon start with minimal department orientation, so experience in leading the flow of care and handling ER demands is essential. The assignment is ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certified, and you’ll work a 12-hour day shift (07:00–19:00). No on-call is required, and you will not float between units.

Weather:

Expect warm days with plenty of sunshine, along with cool evenings that can feel refreshing after a long shift. Conditions are generally dry, with occasional breezes moving through the area.
