Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare team in Lodi, California, delivering coordinated nursing care as part of an established nursing plan. In this role, you’ll provide care for an assigned group of patients, using the nursing process to assess needs, implement standards of care, and apply independent clinical judgment throughout your shift.

You’ll also step into a supervisory function—directing and supporting various levels of nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines, and using critical thinking to keep care aligned from handoffs to documentation. It’s a hands-on assignment with a mix of direct responsibility and leadership, where you’ll feel the impact of steady nursing coordination every day.
