Job Description:

Step into a travel nursing contract in Sonora, California where you’ll deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients while following established standards of care and the nursing process. This role is built for a nurse who can supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating day-to-day work with other disciplines to keep care organized, timely, and responsive. You’ll use critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment to manage priorities and ensure care plans are carried through effectively. Nights shifts bring a focused rhythm to your workflow—plan, assess, coordinate, and supervise—while you help maintain continuity of care through the overnight hours.
