Job Description:

Join a busy Labor & Delivery unit in Kearney, Nebraska where mothers labor and deliver in one bed—newborns stay in bassinets in the same room, and skin-to-skin care is part of everyday practice. This travel contract supports a model built around shared workflow: team-based staffing across a 10-room, private LDRP setup, with antepartum rooms and an OR suite for scheduled and urgent procedures.

You’ll work 12-hour nights (6-6) as part of a care team that relies on strong on-unit readiness, including charge coverage, nursing support roles, and in-house OB/Neonatology presence. C-section experience is required (circulating). Candidates should hold current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications; FHM is preferred. Weekend requirements are every 3rd weekend (potentially every other depending on need), with one major and one minor holiday each season.
