Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Med Surg environment in Jackson, Michigan, delivering high-quality nursing care with a steady, coordinated approach. In this 13-week travel contract, you’ll lead the nursing process from assessment through planning, implementation, and evaluation, while delegating, supervising, and documenting care to support patients and families. You’ll also provide teaching and ensure follow-through, working closely with the health care team to communicate key information that keeps care plans on track.

What makes this assignment unique is the emphasis on solutions—identifying variances from patient goals, contributing to problem-solving, and helping ensure corrective steps are implemented. It’s a role built for experienced Med Surg nurses who can bring calm leadership to a busy unit (and yes, a little “get-it-done” energy is welcome).
