Job Description:

Step into a special care nursery role in Jackson, Michigan, where your neonatal nursing experience makes a direct difference every shift. This travel contract is built around the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—so you’ll lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate care for newborns while delegating, supervising, and documenting nursing activities. You’ll also support patient and family education, and share relevant information with the healthcare team to keep everyone aligned. To succeed in this assignment, you’ll need previous neonatal nursing experience, plus NRP and BLS certifications. A 2+ years neonatal nursing background is preferred, and the position is designed for a traveler who can bring steady leadership and confident clinical focus from day one.
