Job Description:

Step into a travel Respiratory Therapy contract supporting a busy ICU environment plus Level III NICU readiness in Lafayette, Indiana. You’ll work 12-hour day shifts (36 hours per week), helping manage a high-acuity mix of ventilation and airway support tasks across ICU/CCU and emergency care coverage. Expect to handle equipment such as ventilators (including PB and Drager V500), Aerogons, V60 BiPAP, HHFNC, Hamilton C transport, oscillation/jet modalities, and nitric oxide—while staying accurate with EPICT charting.

This assignment is defined by hands-on respiratory response: supporting intubation assistance, bedside bronchoscopy, and proficient day-to-day care of patients requiring bipap, ventilators, and heated high-flow support. It’s ideal for a traveler who can stay organized during heavier loads, jump in to assist, and work confidently with independent momentum.
