Job Description:

Take your LDRP expertise on the road as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Polson, Montana. This travel contract is designed for an RN who is comfortable working across Labor & Delivery, triage, and Postpartum within a single LDRP model—where you’ll float to meet unit needs as staffing requires. You’ll join a critical access facility (Epic charting) while covering night shifts with a consistent schedule: 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.

Expect hands-on responsibility and variety across LDRP workflows, with required weekend rotation (typically every other weekend) and limited on-call coverage once per pay period (max PRN). Recent experience is essential—3+ years of recent LDRP/LD triage/Postpartum experience is required, and seasoned travelers are strongly preferred. Shift coverage may involve patient assignments that can range from 1:1 up to 1:6 depending on the unit’s current needs.
