Job Description:

This OB RN contract offers the chance to specialize in labor, delivery, and post-partum care, working independently to support mothers through some of their most important moments. You will perform holistic patient assessments, implement individualized nursing interventions, and collaborate with a dedicated team within a busy OB unit. The role emphasizes maintaining high clinical competency while managing a variety of patient needs across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, nursery, and post-op gynecology settings. The fixed 12-hour day shifts allow for consistent work hours, giving you ample time to enjoy your surroundings beyond the hospital walls. You'll also handle supplies, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to healthcare standards, all while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
