Job Description:

Join a travel contract as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in New Brunswick, New Jersey, working 3x12-hour night shifts. In this role, you’ll be part of a 24-bed unit and follow a schedule designed for focused, full-shift continuity. Your nights will include performing core Labor and Delivery RN responsibilities while meeting unit requirements for readiness and competency.

This assignment emphasizes immediate preparedness: ACLS and BLS are required, and NRP is also expected. You’ll need intermediate, advanced OR C-EFM, with C-EFM obtainable prior to start if not already held. No call and no floating are included, and travel pairs are not accepted. Scrubs are provided.

An additional onboarding requirement is Adult IV Therapy: if you’re not currently certified, you must complete the IV course through CNJNE and earn a passing score of 80% or higher. RTO is due at time of submission, and the manager requests no more than 7 days maximum.

Expect cool, crisp conditions with a mix of cloudy and bright days, along with occasional rainfall. Evenings can feel noticeably cooler, making layering a smart choice for time outside.
