Job Description:

Step into an acute care travel nursing role in Tucson, Arizona where your RN expertise drives every shift—from assessing complex needs to planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. This 12-hour nights assignment is built around consistent documentation, timely communication, and thoughtful coordination with the multidisciplinary team to keep care plans current and responsive.

You’ll review available history and diagnostics, report abnormal results appropriately, and complete assessment and reassessments according to policy. You’ll develop measurable goals alongside patients and families, implement physician-ordered care through nursing plans, and revise care based on progress and outcomes. Throughout the night, you’ll document legibly and accurately, communicate patient status to the next team, and support continuity of care with clarity and purpose.

On this assignment, you’ll experience the rhythm of long-night shifts while leaning on your clinical judgment, BLS certification, and acute care background to deliver safe, organized nursing care.
