Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare team as a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Oncology-focused telemetry nights assignment in Columbus, Ohio. You’ll care for adult and geriatric patients across the solid tumor cancer journey—from new diagnosis through treatment, including support during transitions in care. This role emphasizes infection prevention and fall prevention as part of everyday workflow, and it includes telemetry monitoring with hands-on telemetry interpretation.

Shift structure is 12-hour nights (3x12) from 19:00–07:30, with a weekly commitment of 36.0 hours for a 16-week duration. Scheduling is not blocked; instead, self-schedule requests are entered for review before the final balanced schedule is posted. Orientation begins with the first week on Mon–Fri days, followed by 36 hours of on-unit orientation with a preceptor during the second week.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. AYA oncology experience is preferred, and oncology experience is preferred but not required. EPIC is used for computerized charting. Staffing targets a goal of 1:4, with weekend coverage variable based on unit needs, and you may float to other Med/Surg Oncology units as required.
