Job Description:

Join our team in Kenosha, WI, for a 13-week travel healthcare contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role is ideal for critical care professionals skilled in managing a diverse patient population across all ages. You will operate within a busy Level IV Trauma Center, providing essential support during overnight hours in a setting equipped with advanced telemetry monitoring, EPIC EMR, and GE monitors. The assignment offers a chance to develop your expertise in an environment with a supportive hospitalist and ED MD presence around the clock. Expect to handle a patient ratio of 1:4 for RNs and 1:8 for techs, with opportunities to participate in a variety of clinical activities like peripheral blood draws with phlebotomy support. The hospital emphasizes professionalism, requiring solid color scrubs and offering free parking.
